Runner's World Magazine Reviews

Write Runner's World Review
  SSSSS   Runner's World , November 10, 2008
Reviewer: Erin E.
My dad has been a marathon runner for as long as I can remember - he travels the country to participate in all of his favorite ones! I have never understood his passion and drive for running, so I subscribed to Runner's World in the hope of gaining some perspective on my dad's lifestyle. This magazine offers its readers a wealth of knowledge on the sport and the love that people have for it. Now I go and cheer my dad on in every marathon that I can, and feel really connected to his way of life. Thanks Runner's World!

As someone who runs for enjoyment and health rather than professional or racing purposes, sometimes I get caught up in other things and make excuses to not run. But after I began subscribing to Runner's World, my energy level has doubled. After reading an issue, I am always compelled to get out and hit the turf. Compared to other running-specific publications, this is a very well-rounded magazine that is easy to like for any type of runner. The personal stories are inspirational and the tips (from pros) really make me a better overall runner and athlete. Also, I only rely on this magazine as a source for equipment and shoe reviews. Runner's World always gives the BEST and most trusted advice.

I'm training up for my first marathon this spring and love reading Runner World. I've been reading it since I did my first 5k race almost a decade ago. Bravo keep up the great work, guys!

Runners World is THE magazine for the serious runner. you can find articles concerning the latest in footwear, training or nutritional advice sprinkled throughout the magazine. Inspirational stories, race results and The Rave Run are my favorite parts of this magazine. Great photography, well written, concise articles which have injury prevention tips and features on well known distance runners are a staple. There is even a feature called On The Road which gives you a glimpse of great places to run and stay in different cities. I recommend RW highly.
