When I decided to get back in shape one of the first things I did was buy your magazine. Not only has it helped me learn new exercises to use in my routines but it has made me a part of something bigger than just one man trying to loose weight. I feel like I am not alone in the battle of the bulges and other people out there are alongside for the ride. Every time that I start to fill like I cant continue, I simply pick up one of the magazines that I recieve each month from you and I quikly get motivated to stay on course. All the information on nutrition has made me a more careful shopper as well. I now read labels and look for the type of foods and vegatables that you recommend and it has made a differnce. I went from 290lbs to 228lbs in about 18 months. I am at 239 since the holidays but am back on my routine. once more thank you so much for what you guys do and keep up the great work.
